SCHYNS Birgit

Birgit Schyns est Professeur Eminent au sein du Département Hommes et Organisations à NEOMA Business School. Birgit (PhD, 2001, Université de Leipzig, Allemagne) a rejoint Neoma Business School en tant que professeur en comportement organisationnel en 2017 depuis l'Université de Durham, au Royaume-Uni. Ses domaines de prédilection sont le leadership et les méthodes de recherche. Ses recherches portent sur le leadership, en particulier sur le côté suiveur du leadership ainsi que sur le côté obscur du leadership. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans Leadership Quarterly, Academy of Management Perspectives et British Journal of Management. Birgit a édité plusieurs numéros spéciaux et quatre livres. Elle a été rédactrice associée du European Journal of Work and Organizational psychology (jusqu'en 2011). British Journal of Management (jusqu'en 2013), Applied Psychology : An International Review (jusqu'en 2020) et Zeitschrift fuer Psychologie. Birgit est membre de plusieurs comités de rédaction.
