NANNETTI Francesca

PhD, Management

Francesca Nannetti est Professeur Assistant au sein du Département Hommes & Organisations à NEOMA Business School. Elle a obtenu son MSc à Bocconi University (Italie) puis son PhD à l'ESSEC Business School ; elle a également été chercheuse invitée à la Goizueta Business School de Emory University aux États-Unis. À NEOMA, elle enseigne le cours Management and Organization.

Dans ses recherches, elle explore l'influence les différences de genre au prisme des dynamiques de réseaux et les implications en termes de performance, notamment dans les domaines de la créativité et de l'innovation. Elle utilise différentes méthodes pour étudier l'impact du genre sur la formation de liens et les bénéfices tirés de son réseau. Elle a présenté ses projets lors de plusieurs conférences telles que la conférence de l'Academy of Management, le colloque EGOS, la conférence ION, la conférence annuelle de la Strategic Management Society et la conférence People & Organizations. Par ailleurs, ses recherches ont été publiées sous forme de chapitre de livre et présentées dans les actes de l’Academy of Management.

Avant de rejoindre le monde académique, elle a travaillé en tant que chef de projet.
