LOBBEDEZ Elise

PhD in Management and Organization Studies

Elise est professeur assistante à NEOMA Business School. Ses travaux portent sur les dynamiques de pouvoir dans les crises sociales et écologiques. Elise adopte une perspective critique sur les actions des entreprises, en reconnaissant leur capacité à nuire aux individus et aux écosystèmes. Ses recherches s’intéressent à la manière dont la violence se perpétue, tout en explorant comment les individus se mobilisent et s’organisent collectivement face à des problèmes systémiques.

Formée en tant qu’ethnographe, Elise aborde ces questions à travers des méthodes qualitatives. Elle examine divers contextes, y compris le mouvement des gilets jaunes en France, la lutte contre la discrimination des personnes LGBT au travail, la crise de l’économie des déchets en Italie et plus récemment, la mobilisation contre les méga-bassines.

Ses recherches sont publiées dans des revues telles que Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, Mobilization: An International Quarterly, ainsi que dans la presse. Elise est également membre du collectif éditorial d'ephemera: theory & politics in organization, où elle est éditrice de la section ouverte. Avant de rejoindre NEOMA, elle a obtenu un doctorat à emlyon business school et a été maîtresse de conférences à l’Université d’Essex, au Royaume-Uni.
