BOCCHI Elena

PhD en marketing

Elena est Professeur Assistant à NEOMA Business School. Elle a étudié le comportement des consommateurs et la prise de décision. Dans le cadre d’un premier volet de recherche, elle étudie la façon dont les perceptions et les caractéristiques influencent les préférences des consommateurs, leurs décisions d’acquisition et de rejet, et comment celles-ci peuvent conduire à des erreurs de jugement et à des choix sous-optimaux. En outre, elle a développé une expertise dans le domaine de la durabilité, où elle étudie les facteurs psychologiques qui conduisent les consommateurs à adopter un comportement de gaspillage, et dans le domaine de l’image de marque, où elle étudie comment les caractéristiques des noms demarques, des logos et des emballages affectent le succès de la marque.

La recherche d’Elena a été publiée dans Behavior Research Methods et présentée à toutes les grandes conférences de marketing (par exemple, ACR, SCP, SJDM, EMAC, AMA-Sheth Foundation DC, etc.). Ses travaux ont remporté le prix commémoratif Jane Beattie (Society for Judgment and Decision-Making 2023), le prix du meilleur article (Northern European Consumer Research Symposium 2023), le prix de la meilleure présentation (Mediterranean Consumer Behavior Symposium 2023) et des subventions de recherche concurrentielles dans les universitéset des organismes de financement.
