YU Maxine

Doctorat Comportement des organisations et stratégie, Management et Entrepreneuriat

Maxine (Yinmiao) Yu est Professeur Assistant de Stratégie et d'Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School. Maxine s'intéresse aux évaluations sociales des organisations dans le contexte d'événements négatifs tels que les fautes professionnelles. Ses recherches explorent les facteurs qui contribuent aux variations des réactions des acteurs du marché face à des événements négatifs similaires et examinent les implications de ces divergences. Ses travaux ont été présentés lors de conférences majeures dans le domaine de la gestion, notamment la réunion annuelle de l'Academy of Management, la conférence annuelle de la Strategic Management Society et le colloque international annuel du European Group for Organizational Studies.

Maxine enseigne la responsabilité sociale des entreprises à NEOMA Business School. Outre son PhD en Management de l'Imperial College London (Royaume-Uni), elle est titulaire d’un MSc in Business (Marketing) de l'University of Warwick, d'un MS en Integrated Marketing Communications du Northwestern University et d'un MRes in Business de l'Imperial College Business School.
