MARVAL Moyra
Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion, spécialisé en Stratégie et Entrepreneuriat
Moyra Marval est Professeur Assistant en Stratégie et Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat de l'ESCP Business School et de l'Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, d’un MBA de l'IE Business School (Espagne) et d'un diplôme en génie industriel. Les recherches de Moyra portent sur les organisations qui font de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial tels que les incubateurs et les accélérateurs. Elle s'intéresse aux collaborations entre les entreprises établies et les startups pour innover, et à la gestion des tensions qu’y sont liés. Elle s'intéresse également au bien-être entrepreneurial et à l'accompagnement à l'intersection de la vie professionnelle et de la vie personnelle. Elle fait partie de l'équipe qui gère le pole de recherche « Future of Work ». Moyra présente sa recherche régulièrement dans des conférences internationales, notamment à Babson, Strategic Management Society, EGOS, RENT et EURAM. À NEOMA Business School, Moyra enseigne des cours en Stratégie et en Entrepreneuriat. Avant son doctorat, Moyra a travaillé comme Consultante en Stratégie dans les secteurs de l'énergie, la santé, et les finances.
