PhD en Economie ( spécialisation en Management)

Sirio Lonati est Professeur Associé au Département “Hommes et Organisations” de la NEOMA Business School. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat et d'un master en sciences de l'Université de Lausanne, en Suisse, et d'un diplôme de premier cycle de l’Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, en Italie. Sirio s’intéresse à la manière dont les comportements des dirigeants et les perceptions des suiveurs sont façonnés par des processus culturels, historiques et développementaux. Il aborde ce vaste sujet empirique en combinant la littérature organisationnelle et psychologique traditionnelle avec les idées d’autres disciplines, comme les sciences sociales fondées sur l’évolution, la psychologie interculturelle, ainsi que l’économie politique et comportementale. Sirio s’intéresse également aux méthodes de recherche, en particulier à l’analyse causale, aux méthodes expérimentales et aux modèles d’équation structurelle. Ses travaux ont été publiés, entre autres, dans Journal of Management, Journal of Operations Management, The Leadership Quarterly et Psychological Methods et ont été présentés lors de diverses conférences. Sirio Lonati est actuellement rédacteur adjoint et conseiller en méthodes pour The Leadership Quarterly.
