GAUGLITZ Iris

Iris Gauglitz est Professeur Associé au sein du département Hommes et
Organisations à NEOMA Business School. Elle est titulaire d’un Ph.D. en psychologie
de l’Université de Bamberg (2021). Iris enseigne le leadership, le travail et le bien-être,
ainsi que la gestion des ressources humaines. Ses travaux de recherches portent
principalement sur le leadership, en particulier la supervision abusive et la triade
noire en milieu de travail, avec un intérêt particulier pour le narcissisme, tant chez les
leaders que chez les suiveurs. Ses articles ont été publiés dans des revues de renom
telles que Journal of Business Ethics, European Journal of Work and Organizational
Psychology, et Journal of Personnel Psychology. Elle occupe également le poste de
rédactrice consultante pour la revue Psychology of Leaders and Leadership.
