EUN Hye Jung

PhD International en Affaires

Hye-Jung EUN est Professeur Assistant au sein du département People & Organizations de NEOMA Business School. Elle est titulaire d’un Ph.D. de Singapore Management University et d’un Master of Philosophy de l’Université de Cambridge. Elle enseigne le leadership dans les programmes Grande École et Global BBA de NEOMA.

Ses recherches portent sur la créativité et l’innovation dans les organisations, avec une attention particulière aux inégalités, au genre et à l’avenir du travail. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans le Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology et présentés lors de grandes conférences internationales, notamment Academy of Management Annual Meeting et European Group for Organizational Studies Colloquium. Elle a également été invitée à doner des conférences et animé des ateliers à destination de publics académiques et professionnels, notamment dans le cadre d’événements organisés par la iF Design Foundation.
