CERTA Lydia Milly

PhD in Business and Management

Lydia Milly Certa est Assistant Professor en Stratégie et Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School. Ses travaux portent sur la gouvernance responsable, la responsabilité sociétale politique des entreprises (political CSR), l’engagement des parties prenantes, ainsi que sur l’inclusion dans les processus de décision multipartites visant à relever des défis majeurs tels que le changement climatique et les transitions vers la durabilité. Elle étudie notamment la manière dont les organisations appréhendent les défaillances d’engagement des parties prenantes, élaborent des stratégies de réengagement et construisent leur légitimité dans des dispositifs de gouvernance multipartite. Elle a récemment contribué à un projet financé par l’ESRC portant sur l’entrepreneuriat culturel dans le marché des substituts de viande végétale. Ses recherches ont été présentées lors de conférences académiques de premier plan telles que l’EGOS et l’Academy of Management (AOM), ainsi que dans le cadre d’ateliers prestigieux, parmi lesquels le JMS 2024 PDW à Bayes Business School et le PDW du Centre for Sustainable Business à King’s Business School (2025). Lydia est également membre de plusieurs centres et groupes de recherche, notamment CSIM (University of Surrey), ETHOS (Bayes Business School), AOM ONE (équipe communication) et UNFCCC YOUNGO. Elle est Visiting Fellow au sein du CoDE (University of Surrey) et fait partie de l’équipe communication de la revue Organization & Environment.
