BOTE Rose
Doctorat en SCIENCES DE GESTION
Rose Bote est professeur adjoint au département People & Organizations de NEOMA Business School. Elle est titulaire d'un PhD en Business managements de l'École deCommerce de Grenoble (France) et d'un doctorat d'État de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc, Annecy (France). Elle est titulaire d'une Master en économie et administration des affaires de la Norwegian School of Economics. Ses recherches portent sur le rôle des employés dans la résolution des grands défis sociaux, l'entreprenariat social, les étudiants entrepreneurs, le travail discrétionnaire et les inégalités sociales associées aux avancées technologiques. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans le Journal of Business Ethics et dans des actes de conférence tels que la conférence annuelle de l'Academy of Management, le colloque EGOS, l'ACERE, la conférence de la DRUID Society et la conférence annuelle de la Strategic Management Society. Rose est également examinatrice pour plusieurs revues universitaires. Avant de rejoindre le monde universitaire, elle a travaillé comme responsable de la gestion des risques dans une microfinance.
