SINHA Rai Siddhant

Ph.D. in Strategic Management

Rai Siddhant Sinha est Professeur assistant de Stratégie et Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School en France. M. Sinha se passionne pour la compréhension des comportements des entrepreneurs et des mentalités, motivations et bases biologiques qui sous-tendent ces comportements 

Ses recherches sont publiées dans des revues telles que le Journal of Business Venturing Insights (JBVI), entre autres. Deux de ses articles de thèse ont été désignés comme meilleurs articles lors de la prochaine réunion annuelle de l'Academy of Management 2024.  L'une de ces études a également reçu le prix du meilleur article dans le cadre de l'India Strategy Conference 2023 à l'IIM Bangalore. Il a présenté l'autre étude à la conférence Babson (BCERC 2024) à TUM, Munich, Allemagne, où il faisait également partie du consortium doctoral 

M. Sinha est examinateur ad hoc pour plusieurs revues, notamment le Journal of Business Venturing (JBV), Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice (ETP), Academy of Management Reviewer (AMR), International Small Business Journal, et International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research (IJEBR) et d'autres conférences où il a reçu le prix du meilleur examinateur, comme AOM 2022, British Academy of Management (BAM) 2024 et INDAM (Indian Affiliate of AOM), 2023.  Récemment, il a été reconnu comme le "Most Promising Junior Entrepreneurship Scholar" dans le cadre de la Virtual Summer School in Entrepreneurship Research 2023. Avant de rejoindre le programme de doctorat, Siddhant a également travaillé comme consultant associé chez Wipro Technologies, où il a géré des projets dans le domaine des télécommunications.
