Vijay Pereira est Professeur Eminent de gestion internationale et stratégique du capital humain au sein de NEOMA Business School. Il a été doyen associé (recherche) à l'université australienne de Wollongong (Dubaï).Vijay Pereira est rédacteur en chef adjoint (gestion stratégique et comportement organisationnel) du Journal of Business Research et rédacteur en chef du Global Real Impact Journal of Knowledge Management. Il fait également partie du comité de rédaction et du comité consultatif des revues Production and Operations Management et Journal of Management Studies (qui figurent toutes deux dans le classement du Financial Times). Il a attiré de nombreux financements et a publié de nombreux articles, dans plus de 100 revues, 20 numéros spéciaux et 10 livres, notamment dans des revues internationales de premier plan telles que HRM US (classée par le Financial Times), Academy of Management Perspectives, Academy of Management Discoveries, Journal of Business Ethics.
