Diego NASCIMENTO est Professeur Assistant en statistiques à NEOMA Business School. Sa recherche s'inscrit dans le domaine de la statistique et de l'apprentissage automatique, incluant la modélisation linéaire et non linéaire à l'aide de structures de dépendance dans le processus d'estimation (latentes et spatio-temporelles), ainsi que la visualisation de données. Ses travaux sont publiés dans des revues de haut niveau telles que Royal Statistical Society (Applied Statistics) et Pattern Recognition. Ses recherches ont impliqué plusieurs projets industriels, notamment avec des entreprises minières, dans l’expérience client, la gestion et la prévision de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (principalement auprès d'entreprises sud-américaines), ainsi que des données en neurosciences.
