KIM

Dongkyu (Brian) KIM est Professeur Associé en Comportement Organisationnel et Management des Ressources Humaines à NEOMA Business School. Il a obtenu son doctorat de HEC Montréal. Il enseigne les cours du programme Grande École "Advanced Team Management" et "Leadership Seminar", ainsi que le programme de Master of Science "Leading Responsably in Complex Environments". Ses recherches portent sur le leadership, la motivation, les comportements de travail prosocial, les processus d'équipe et l'éthique dans les organisations. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans le Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group & Organization Management et le Journal of Business and Psychology.
