Florence Duvivier est un Professeur Assistant dans le Département Stratégie et Entrepreneuriat à la NEOMA Business School. Elle a défendu sa thèse de doctorat à la Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Université libre de Bruxelles) en Belgique où elle a également été assistante d’enseignement dans le domaine de la Stratégie. Elle enseigne la Transformation Digitale, la Stratégie d’entreprise et le Management International en français et en anglais pour les deux programmes PGE et GBBA, ainsi que Global Executive MBA (China track). Ses principaux domaines de recherche sont la délocalisation à l’interne et l’externalisation, le management des expatriés et des impatriés, le contrôle et le transfert de connaissance. Elle a effectué des missions de recherche auprès de la lESE Business School à Barcelone. Son travail de recherche a été publié dans Journal of World Business et Industrial and Corporate Change. Elle a présenté ses recherches dans plusieurs conférences dont l’Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, et European Academy of Management.
