SERDYUKOV Svetlana

Svetlana Serdyukov est Professeur de Stratégie à NEOMA Business School depuis septembre 2003. Diplômée d’un doctorat d’HEC en science de gestion, elle travaille sur les problématiques d’équilibre du pouvoir dans des grandes coopératives agricoles et sur la transformation des métiers au sein des institutions académiques. Svetlana a une grande expérience d’enseignement de stratégie dans des programmes executives et sur mesure pour les entreprises, ainsi que de consulting en France, en Chine, au Liban, en Ukraine, en Iran et en Lithuanie. Elle a été pendant 3 ans Directrice du programme Executive MBA et quatre ans en tant que Doyen Associé Directeur de Recherche à NEOMA Business School. Aujourd’hui elle participe à la création des cours en full digital et au projets d’innovation pédagogique. Avant de rejoindre NEOMA Business School, Svetlana avait géré un cabinet de conseil dans le cadre des projets TACIS, avait travaillé deux ans au gouvernement du Kazakhstan, au sein du Conseil Suprême Economique après avoir accompli son MBA en 1996. Avant son MBA, Svetlana travaillait dans des filiales des grands groupes internationaux au Kazakhstan en tant que commerciale et en relations publiques.
