RAINERI Nicolas

Doctorat en sciences de gestion

Nicolas est Professeur Associé en gestion des ressources humaines et comportement organisationnel. Nicolas a obtenu son doctorat en sciences de gestion à l'Université Laval, au Canada, et a poursuivi un post-doctorat à l'Université Catholique de Louvain, en Belgique. Ses recherches portent sur les micro-fondements de la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises. Nicolas est rédacteur en chef adjoint de Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility, et ses travaux de recherche apparaissent dans des revues académiques telles que Journal of Business Research et Journal of Business Ethics. Nicolas a également plusieurs années d'expérience internationale dans l’industrie des biens de grande consommation, ainsi qu’une expertise de conseil dans l’évaluation et la prévention des risques psychosociaux au travail.
