LI Anran

PhD international, Management, Stratégie

Anran Li est Professeur Assistant de stratégie à NEOMA Business School. Il a obtenu son MPhil à la University of Auckland Business School et son PhD à la HKUST Business School, et a été chercheur invité à l'INSEAD Business School. Ses recherches portent sur le leadership stratégique (PDG, équipe de direction et conseil d'administration), les entreprises familiales, le pouvoir et le statut. Ses recherches sont publiées dans Strategic Organization, Personnel Psychology et Thunderbird International Business Review. Son travail intitulé "Too much of a good thing : Examining the curvilinear relationship between team-level proactive personality and team performance" a été sélectionné comme l’article étudiant le plus innovant lors des réunions annuelles de l'Academy of Management (août 2018, Chicago). Anran fait office de réviseur ad hoc pour plusieurs revues, dont Journal of International Management et International Journal of Technology Management, entre autres. Anran a également participé à plusieurs projets qui sont en cours de révision dans des revues de premier plan.
