KAUPPILA Olli-Pekka

Olli-Pekka Kauppila est Professeur au département Hommes et Organisations et responsable d'Aire d'excellence Future of Work. Avant de rejoindre NEOMA Business School, Olli-Pekka était Professeur Associé d'organisation et de gestion à l'école de commerce de l'université Aalto, où il a également obtenu son Doctorat en Organisations et Gestion en 2011. Le principal domaine de recherche d'Olli-Pekka est le comportement organisationnel, et il s'intéresse particulièrement aux sujets liés au leadership, à la créativité individuelle, à la motivation, à la dynamique de groupe, aux échanges sociaux et aux comportements prosociaux. Il s'intéresse également à l'élaboration de stratégies et à d'autres facteurs organisationnels qui façonnent les processus comportementaux des employés. La plupart des recherches d'Olli-Pekka impliquent l'analyse de données imbriquées avec plusieurs niveaux d'analyse (par exemple, les individus, les groupes de travail et les entreprises). Ses articles récents ont été publiés dans des revues telles que Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Personnel Psychology et Strategic Management Journal. En matière d'enseignement, l'objectif d'Olli-Pekka est d'aider les étudiants à utiliser les connaissances issues de la recherche pour rendre les organisations plus efficaces et en faire de meilleurs lieux de travail.
