Shivam GUPTA est professeur associé à NEOMA Business School, en France, et a fait ses preuves dans le domaine de l'enseignement supérieur. Il est spécialisé dans les statistiques, le cloud computing, l'analyse des données, l'intelligence artificielle et le développement durable. Il a précédemment travaillé à l'école de commerce de Montpellier. Son PhD a été axé sur le Cloud Computing et la gestion des opérations de l'Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. Après son doctorat, il a poursuivi ses recherches postdoctorales à la Freie Universität Berlin et à SUSTech, en Chine. Il a obtenu un diplôme de HDR à l'Université de Montpellier. Il a reçu le prix international des jeunes scientifiques de la Fondation nationale des sciences naturelles de Chine (NSFC) en 2017 et a remporté le prix Emerald South Asia LIS 2017. Shivam Gupta a publié plusieurs articles de recherche dans des revues réputées telles que International Journal of Information Management, Information Systems Frontiers, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Business Research, Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Research, IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Industrial Marketing Management, Production Planning & Control.
