FONTI Fabio

PhD, Sciences Economiques, Sociales et de Gestion

Fabio Fonti est vice-Doyen de la Faculté et de la Recherche et professeur titulaire à NEOMA Business School. Il a obtenu son doctorat de l’Université de l’Illinois à Urbana-Champaign et a occupé des postes à temps plein à la Rennes School of Business, au Boston College et à la Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Ses recherches portent sur les antécédents et les conséquences des réseaux sociaux (en particulier sur l’évolution des réseaux, l’intégration des réseaux et le multiplexage des réseaux).

Il s’intéresse également aux processus de catégorisation, à la cognition managériale et à la conception. Il étudie également les effets de la (in)congruence entre plusieurs logiques institutionnelles et/ou classifications sur les organisations et/ou les individus. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans le Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Organization et Advances in Strategic Management, entre autres. Il est membre de l’Académie de Gestion, d’EGOS et d’INFORMS. Il a beaucoup travaillé avec des organisations et des managers, tant aux États-Unis qu’en Europe.
