    PhD in Marketing 

 

Milena Micevski est Full Professor au département Marketing de NEOMA Business School. Elle était précédemment Professeur Associé à la Copenhagen Business School. Elle possède une vaste expérience d'enseignement dans les domaines de la gestion des ventes, du branding, de la stratégie marketing, du comportement des consommateurs et de l'intelligence artificielle en entreprise, et a développé des cours aux niveaux licence et master.

Ses recherches examinent la façon dont les individus évoluent dans des contextes marchands et organisationnels, avec un focus sur les groupes vulnérables, la diversité et l'inclusion, les stéréotypes, la gestion des ventes et l'adoption de l'IA en milieu professionnel. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans des revues de premier plan, notamment le British Journal of Management, le Journal of International Marketing, le Journal of Business Ethics et Tourism Management, entre autres. Elle est rédactrice associée à l'International Marketing Review.

Elle a obtenu plusieurs financements de recherche compétitifs, notamment des fonds de la Fondation Carlsberg et d'Horizon Europe, et a à ce jour sécurisé plus de 7,5 millions d'euros de financement pour sa recherche
