    MSc in Management 

 

Justine Buriller est Professeur Assistant en Développement Durable et en Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School. Elle est titulaire d’un Ph.D. en sciences de gestion de l’ESCP Business School et d’un Master in Management de l’EMLyon Business School.

Elle enseigne le développement durable dans les cursus Bachelor et Programme Grande École.

Ses recherches portent sur les tensions entre croissance économique et durabilité dans l’entrepreneuriat et dans les écoles de commerce. Son approche est qualitative et interprétative, mobilisant des entretiens et des méthodes visuelles pour étudier les récits, les représentations et les imaginaires. À travers un travail de terrain dans l’industrie de la mode, elle explore la manière dont les entrepreneurs articulent croissance de leur entreprise et objectifs sociaux et environnementaux. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans la Revue Française de Gestion et le British Journal of Management.

Elle présente régulièrement ses recherches dans des conférences internationales telles que l’Academy of Management, EGOS et RENT.
