    PhD, Sciences Economiques, Sociales et de Gestion 

 

Urszula est professeur associé au département « Personnes et organisations » de l'école de commerce NEOMA. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en gestion (FGV-EBAPE à Rio de Janeiro - Brésil). Elle enseigne le séminaire de leadership, la gestion et l'organisation, ainsi que la négociation et la gestion des conflits dans les programmes de premier cycle et d'études supérieures. Les recherches d'Urszula visent à comprendre l'impact des formes post-héroïques de leadership et des processus identitaires dans les organisations. Elle étudie également l'effet des structures de leadership sur les processus et les résultats des équipes. Les résultats des recherches d'Urszula ont été présentés lors de diverses conférences, telles que la réunion annuelle de l'Academy of Management, le colloque du European Group for Organizational Studies et la conférence de l'European Academy of Management, et publiés dans des revues de premier rang telles que le Journal of Applied Psychology et le Public Administration Review. Elle a participé à divers projets de recherche en Amérique latine sur des sujets tels que l'utilisation des big data dans la gouvernance publique et les effets du leadership sur les résultats scolaires dans l'enseignement public.
