Je suis chercheur en management et professeur associé de marketing à NEOMA Business School, avec une expertise couvrant la recherche en organisation et en marketing. J’étudie comment la confiance et la méfiance sont créées, maintenues et réparées aux niveaux individuel, collectif et organisationnel, à la fois au sein des organisations et entre elles, contribuant ainsi aux débats en études organisationnelles, marketing et gestion des ressources humaines. J’examine également les dimensions éthiques et morales de la vie organisationnelle, en particulier la façon dont les individus et les organisations répondent aux crises et aux défis de l’agence morale, en dialoguant avec le domaine de l’éthique des affaires. Sur le plan méthodologique, je suis spécialisé dans la recherche qualitative, en particulier les approches interprétatives et la théorie enracinée, avec un accent sur la théorisation des processus. Mes recherches empiriques et conceptuelles ont été publiées dans des revues telles que *Organization Studies*, *Human Resource Management Journal*, *Journal of Business Ethics*, *Journal of Business Research*, *Journal of Professions and Organization*, et *European Management Journal*.
