    PhD in Business and Management 

 

Lydia Milly Certa est Professeur Assistant de Stratégie et d’Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA BS. Ses recherches portent sur la gouvernance responsable, la RSE politique, l’engagement des parties prenantes et l’inclusion dans les processus décisionnels multipartites visant à relever de grands défis tels que le changement climatique et les transitions vers la durabilité. Elle examine la façon dont les organisations gèrent les échecs de mobilisation des intervenants, les stratégies de réengagement et le renforcement de la légitimité dans des contextes de gouvernance multipartite. Récemment, elle a également travaillé sur un projet financé par l’ESRC sur l’entrepreneuriat culturel dans le marché de la viande végétalienne. Ses recherches ont été présentées lors de conférences universitaires de premier plan comme EGOS et l’Academy of Management (AOM), ainsi que dans des PDWs prestigieux comme le JMS 2024 PDW à la Bayes Business School et au Centre for Sustainable Business PDW à la King’s Business School (2025). Lydia fait partie de plusieurs centres et groupes de recherche tels que CSIM et CoDE à l’Université de Surrey; ETHOS à la Bayes Business school, AOM ONE, UNFCCC YOUNGO.
