Michela CARRARO est Professeur Assistant au sein du département Systèmes d’information, Gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et prise de décision à NEOMA Business School. Elle a obtenu son Ph.D. en gestion au département d’économie et de gestion (dSEA) de University of Padova (Italie). Avant de rejoindre NEOMA, elle a travaillé comme chercheuse postdoctorale à la Technische Universität München (Allemagne). Les intérêts de recherche de Michela comprennent la proactivité individuelle et d’équipe, les opérations comportementales et la transformation numérique.

Michela a publié dans Human Relations et Journal of Management &amp; Governance. Elle a également contribué à un chapitre de livre dans A Research Agenda for Lean Management (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2024).

Michela occupe plusieurs postes de chercheur invité dans des institutions prestigieuses, notamment à la Michigan State University, à la Curtin University et à l’ETH Zürich. Elle est membre de Academy of Management, Production and Operations Management Society, et the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.
