Dans sa thèse, elle a exploré l'émergence et la construction de l'agence des médecins aux niveaux individuel et collectif et leur rôle dans la réforme des droits reproductifs en France. Elle poursuit aujourd'hui son exploration du rôle des professions et des professionnels au sein de la société dans le contexte du changement climatique. Elle se concentre actuellement sur les managers RSE afin de mieux comprendre comment ils développent et démontrent leur expertise. Elle utilise des méthodes qualitatives. Sa recherche a été publiée dans le *Journal of Professions and Organizations*. Elle participe régulièrement à des conférences internationales telles que l'Academy of Management et EGOS. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat d'HEC Paris, d'un Master de l'ESSEC Business School et d'un Master en droit des affaires de l'Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Avant de rejoindre le monde universitaire, elle a travaillé dans le domaine du mécénat d'entreprise et dans une organisation de microcrédit.
