Eric Yuge LOU est Professeur Assistant au sein du département Hommes et Organisations à NEOMA Business School. Il a obtenu son Ph.D. en Management à l’INSEAD, à Fontainebleau. Ses domaines de recherche portent sur la confiance, la créativité et la passion, avec un intérêt profond pour la façon dont les employés naviguent dans le milieu du travail incertain d’aujourd’hui. Ses recherches ont donné lieu à un chapitre à paraître dans le Research Handbook on Workplace Creativity et ont commencé à attirer l’attention des médias (Harvard Business Review). De plus, Eric contribue à plusieurs projets métascientifiques et de crowdsourcing en cours pour améliorer la rigueur et la fiabilité de la recherche en gestion. Avant de rejoindre NEOMA, Eric a participé à la conception et à l’enseignement de plusieurs cours de MBA à l’INSEAD.
