Wenhao Wang est Professeur Assistant au sein du département Hommes &amp; Organisations de NEOMA Business School. Wenhao a obtenu son PhD in Business, avec une spécialisation en gestion, à Virginia Commonwealth University aux Etats-Unis. Ses recherches portent sur le leadership, les approches et techniques méta-analytiques (par exemple, l’hétérogénéité et le biais de publication) et le développement d’échelles. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans des revues telles que Organizational Research Methods et Journal of Business and Psychology.
