Margherita Corina est Professeur Assistante à NEOMA Business School. Elle a obtenu son doctorat à l'université Bocconi, où elle a obtenu une licence et une maîtrise en économie et en sciences sociales ; elle a également étudié la gestion des politiques économiques à l'université Columbia et les politiques publiques à l'ITAM. Ses recherches portent sur le comportement stratégique des entreprises en cas d'évolution de l'incertitude externe. Le contexte actuel d'incertitude persistante découle d'un certain nombre de facteurs économiques et sociaux : la pandémie, la démondialisation, les perturbations, le populisme et la méfiance croissante. Les recherches de Prof. Corina visent à mieux comprendre le rôle des entreprises nationales et des multinationales dans cet environnement changeant en examinant leurs comportements et leurs stratégies. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans le Journal of International Business Studies. Elle est membre de l'Academy of Management, de la Strategy Management Society, de l'Academy of International Business et d'EGOS. Prof. Corina a travaillé en tant que consultante principale, aidant les entreprises à formaliser leurs acquisitions devant l'autorité antitrust aux États-Unis, au Mexique et en Europe.
